We have all managed to find this world of vaping. I was wondering if there is other commonalties we share but are not aware of. So, I thought of TV. It's something we probably all do. The following is a list of my favorite shows. I have excluded news and sports even though I watch both. I'm generating this list from my DVR in no particular order. Also I don't have Premium Channels but I don't feel I need them with programming this good (IMO). All lists and comments welcome

Hell on Wheels
The Walking Dead
Modern Family
Mad Men
American Dad
Louie
Archer
The Killing
Falling Skies
Wilfred
Squidbillies
Breaking Bad
Revolution
American Horror Story
The Americans
Workaholics
Continuum
Under the Dome
The Bridge
Low Winter Sun
It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia

I don't watch a thing on your list but then again I don't do much television.

I mostly watch the classic movie stations like TCM, the military channel for some of the really interesting historical stuff and the cooking channels to see Gordon Ramsey or Robert Irvines heads explode with restaurant owners.

Those are my only 2 on your list.... My other favorite shows:

Arrow
Big Brother
The Voice
NCIS & NCIS: Los Angeles

I LOVE Walking Dead. But in general, I don't watch a lot of TV. When I do, it's more a background blur, unless it's some geeky documentary, especially history.

I read. I read in the bathroom. I read in the bathTUB. (That's why Half.com and I are friends.) I read waiting for my kids to come to the front of the school, I read the cereal box in the morning, my kids' school texts, when I was a child I read either waiting at the bus stop (when I took the bus) or while walking to school (I tripped a lot) and once I was even caught reading some silly novel during a test. :D (Yes, for reals.)

Other than that, I write (both for a living and for pleasure, and just now I'm writing a novel without any place yet to put it; I just want to get it down), I hike, I love nature, I love the sound of wind and the sound of water, the smell of leaves, I love the sunsets here even though they've earned their glorious beauty via air pollution, I love fishing and being out on the water in general.

I love walking, especially wandering aimlessly through town, people-watching, maybe getting a coffee.

I love humor of any kind, but especially the wry and sarcastic kind.

I don't know that any of that gives me commonality with any other vaper here, but those are the things I enjoy the most.

The only one on his list I occasionally watch is Modern Family but that is collateral to a different show, The Middle. But I like the same stuff as you minus the cooking stuff. I got started on TCM when I decided to watch all of the Top 100 Movies of the First 100 Years list from AFI. To do that without dishing out a lot of money a person will spend considerable time on that channel. I learned old movies are much better then I used to give them credit for.

I used to also like TLC and History before they became based on cyptozoology, UFO's and (not so) reality shows. Way to ruin great programming for ratings. True crime type shows are good too. Not worlds dumbest type stuff where they just play the same "cool" clip 50 times in a row which also airs on the same channels as true crime shows.

Yep all the alien garbage is why I am watching the military channel now. Many of the good history shows that used to be on the history channel are now on the military channel. go figure:p

I love a good book. I just never seem to make the time. The last books I read follows: (little dated)

Preston Falls - David Gates
The Peoples Act of Love - James Meek
Suite Francaise - Irene Nemirovsky
The Kite Runner - Khaled Hosseini
Running with Scissors - Augusten Burroughs
The Night Gardener - George Pelecanos

No stupid fake reality shows or singing dancing whatever thingys for me. None. Ever.

Continuum, Criminal Minds, Rvolutin, Falling Skies, Under the Dome, Haven, Walking Dead, Mindy Project, Revenge, Newsroom, and Offspring (an Aussie show) are all good with me, but not on TV :p

I mostly binge watch. Breaking Bad is on that list and I'm looking for a backup too. I really loved The Shield and 24 and Lost.

Could never do Dexter, though I use dexter as a verb quite frequently (as in, "Do that once more and Ima dexter you!"

And i still miss Saving Grace!

The only shows that I MUST WATCH - CANNOT MISS are Breaking Bad and The Walking Dead. Watching them is an event and I have to watch while they're airing.

Love American Horror Story, Sunny and Louie.

I recently really enjoyed "Orange Is The New Black" on Netflix and I'm looking forward to the second season.

Otherwise I don't really watch TV. Don't get me wrong, I usually have some stupid Bio or Discovery ID show on for background noise but I'm not really watching it... but I'm an internet addict and I always have my nose buried here somewhere.

Not one show on the list.
There's only a couple of shows that are must see for me. Big Bang Theory and So You Think You Can Dance (which is now done for the season). I do like to have those remodel shows on in the background while cruising ECF at night.

The only TV show I make time for is Big Bang Theory. Otherwise it's a movie or occasionally a ball game. I'm not much into TV at all.
