Drinking more water helps with dehydration caused by vaping. Any kind of liquid (except alcoholic beverages) will help meet this water demand, even diet sodas. Water in foods counts, too. For the first couple of weeks you may need to make a special effort to do this. After that the need for extra hydration may decrease.

They say you should typically drink 8 cups or 64 ounces of water (not liquid) per day in general. I think that's absurdly low given the amount of caffeine, alcohol, and sodium the average adult consumes. I drank between 1.5 to 2 gallons before I started vaping. With vaping, I've add another 64 ounces. I always have my Klean Kanteen next to me all day. And since we're vaping to eliminate poisons from our body, let me add that I try to stick to municipal tap water - not filthy unregulated plastic particle filled bottled water. :) I'm really not a water zealot but I think water should be free and clean.
