Vaping and Life Insurance

After my husbands cancer scare the last few weeks it really opened our eyes to the need for life insurance. So last night we and an insurance agent over to see about all this grown up stuff.

He came in and sat down with Hubby and I, looked over and saw my pretty new red REO Grand and said "wonderful, you quit smoking" It floored me..First he KNEW what it was but then he told us that the company fully supports vaping for all their customers. They even have tests to differentiate between nicotine use and tobacco use.

I thought I'd share the experience. It was pretty cool.

That is GOOD news indeed! Perhaps more insurers will follow suit.

Outstanding! Good to see that they are working with you, know the difference, and are testing differently. I've got a 30 year term policy, which I got after I stopped analogs the first time. Unless I change amounts, I won't be tested again - thus, I'll be laying low.

But great to see you're getting the insurance support you need.

Now that is a progressive company. If other insurance companies see business moving from them to companies like this, they will soon move from continine testing to CO testing.
