He started vaping 3 months ago and now he's waiting on his Vision Spinner, a VV mod, to come in the mail, but it's been over a month and he's not yet received it and no communication has been made since ordering -- that's my interpretation :).

Get in touch with the dealer you bought from and ask for a status update, or give them a call if they have a number you can call. That's probably the best way to get a status update. Most readily available mods shouldn't take a month to ship, though given you are (from your location) in Italy, that could be the reason for the delay if you ordered from the US.

Once it leaves the US, it has to pass customs and various other checks and balances before it'll make it's way to you.

Sorry for my english :) but u understood me :)

I've contacted the company, and they answer me only that they're checking and dont say me more info/solution....assistance very poor.

this is the tracking LJ889192323US

Now im registered here to make a post in his sub-forum to try to comunicate more with them..i think they dont want waste the time with me because they can answer me that is a fail of USPS and is not his problems.

I now call them....slowtech. Not really their fault from what I'm hearing, but it is what it is. I purchased an ithaka clone from them JUST before their procedure changed and got it within 2 weeks. Once I received it, I order 2 more and ended up cancelling the order after a month of waiting.

me i ordered from www.gotvapes.com....from america to italy...

You're getting it shipped "international letter" via USPS. This, in addition to customs, is probably causing the delay. The tracking information shows that they've most likely shipped it (International letter doesn't include full tracking) but I've had things take up to 3 weeks to get to Canada from the states with this method, so no doubt it will take even more time to get all the way to Italy.

Sorry you're having problems. After 5 posts you can post in their forum or I can move this over for you.

Good luck!

They are a reputable company. I've ordered there many, many times. International shipping sure does stink at times.

yes but i hope that i will have my e-cigs soon (1 is a preset to my girlfriend :) ), i asked they to take more info (if is arrived in italy, if can take conversion code when arrive in italy)...but nothing answered...

So, I don't get what procedure changed at Fasttech. What are they doing different?

This thread has all the details on current shipping complications from HK (not the issue for the original post).

There's sudden "enforcement" of an old rule prohibiting shipping JUICE or BATTERIES that FastTech has to try to work around. Hopefully it's temporary. If your package gets returned, they refund, and if they can, they use different post to avoid that - but everything coming from them sits for 4 or 5 EXTRA days, waiting to be scanned!

Shades of Eliot Ness during Prohibition!!!!;)
All the ingenious ways devised for getting the "hooch" into the USA from abroad.....
Too bad FT has to do this kind of thing with (otherwise....) LEGAL stuff!!:(
I received 2 vapemail shipments today......BOTH had "MADE IN USA" stickers emblazoned on the package....
For this guy......'NUFF SAID!!!:D
Happy (vaping) Trails!!

For what it's worth, DX.com (Deal Extreme) is shipping my batteries from Singapore and it seems like they're having some slight issues too, so I feel for you! I ordered these batteries back on the 9th and we're now 11 days in and the best they can give me is "Despatched to overseas (Country code: US)" (copied directly from SingPost.com). So I don't guess tracking information comes from overseas shipments via (to me) irregular shipping methods.

Hopefully I'll see the batteries soon as the SVD chews through an 18650 in less than a day when I'm doing coil testing :). I'm not too worried since it was just $11 for 2 18650 batteries (and they're $14 each here locally), but I'd like to have them.

Hopefully we'll both see our packages soon enough so we can both enjoy some vape time!
