LV hotels & casinos allow smoking in the casino proper. It is not allowed in the restaraunts, shops & other locations. I was there last month in a no smoking room. Vaped in my room without worry. No problems there.
I went to the Tequila Bar for "refreshments". Pulled out my PV & asked the barkeep if it was OK. She said no problem. While having a few pulls on my PV I noticed out of the corner of my eye a suit with a scowl on his face had scurried out of the back walking towards me with a purpose. The barkeep waved him off saying it's OK. It's an electronic thingy. The suit turned around & went back.
If this is typical of all the Harrahs properties, I will continue to patronize them. Plus my room was $80 total for 6 days. But you gotta be a TR member. I am staying at the Flamingo late next month while attending seminars at Ceasars. Will report back after I do some mystery vaping at these 2 locations.
