1. i vaped pure ms. T sweetener after filling up my than cartomizer tank with wrong bottle of juice 
2. i broke glass tank on my first all-in-one mod that used mesh wick within an hour of receiving it, and it did not come with extra tank, because my reaction to my finger burning away on the coil when i accidentally aka stupidly held button down on mod was to temporarily freeze before screaming aka cursing and than letting go of mod unto the floor
3. putting tube mod with carto ibtanked in my tight back pocket before trying out a recliner at sams club, 510 on carto bent/broke and full tank of juice ended up on my behind and recliner (we left without buying anything after that episode lol)
4. kept trying to push up the cubby drawer like thingie under kitchen counter and finally slammed it shut. later realized it wouldn't shut right cause i had both of my kayfun mini v2.1's temporarily drying in it, it cracked both clear tanks.
5+...your normal i assume common vaper occurrences;
-attempting to vape without putting rda top cap back on.
-pushing carto back into tank after refilling without supporting top cap and having it pop off and juice end up all over me more than once..
still do love vaping, even with oh no's and all

Don't feel bad Mongo, yesterday I filled a original Crown and forgot to put the coil in, everything was fine until I open the AFC over my keyboard.
Twice. It needs to happen 2 times.Recently I was away for what I thought was going to be 2 weeks. 4 mods, a back-up tank (subtank mini) and 30mlX4 of juice. Plenty for 2 weeks, not so much for the 6 weeks it ended up being. I had to order wire, an ohm reader, almost ran out of juice and the back-up tank, which I filled up having only 10ml of juice left, didn't connect to the 510 of anything and wouldn't read at all. So many oh no moments that trip.
Got one of those big, chubby unicorn bottles. Filled it with my ADV. when I went to fill my tank, the cap popped off and I spilled ejuice all over my laptop. Lesson learned to NOT fill tanks over electronics! What a mess that was!

Funny this thread should pop up now. I spend most of my time in strange old towns. Just arrived in one this morning. Beat up a building all day and then checked in to a hotel. Unpacked and got settled. I figured I'd do a little maintenance, fill squonk bottles, change batteries....the usual.
I forgot all of my juice at home. All of it.
I've been a DIY guy for the last 4 and a half years and I only vape 3 flavors....sometimes there's a 4th...but for all intents and purposes, only 3. Vanilla Custard, Vanilla Custard w/ Hazelnut and a Strawberry Custard. So I googled the nearest vape shop and bought some juice. This is the first time I've bought juice in years. The dude says "Can I help you?" I said "I need to borrow your lab for a minute". He looked at me like I was nuts....so I told him the story. I bought 3 bottles of juice. 2 60 mls and a 30. I got Twisted which is a Salted Caramel pretzel, Cannoli Be Mine (a strawberry) and Colossus (Vanilla Custard).
The good news is the pretzel stuff is amazing and the cannoli is very acceptable..the Vanilla Custard is Vanilla Custard. The bad news is it was $68. How do you folks do it?

My Laptop has a spill proof keyboard and so does my desktop Keyboard now. Too many laughs from these threads wiped the last one so I bought a SP KB!

I'd have told him that was almost $8 worth of juice and probably bought a pack of Marlboro in spite.

He said "if you buy all three bottles, you get a 4th for free!" I said "a 4th bottle??? You should just make a payment on my truck if I buy all 3". I bought all 3....I gave the cool lady with the rescue dog the 4th. Her dog thought I was the bomb.
I'm not sure if you're bragging or admitting your DIY is lacking.....

I hear ya, man. I've been doing the same thing for years....It literally takes me about 5 minutes to pack and I'm out the door. I mixed 3/ 100ml bottles and set them on the edge of my desk next to the charger. Funny, I have the charger. It would've been cheaper to forget THAT! Apparently, it only took me 4 1/2 minutes to pack this time....
on the bright side...after spending nearly $70 on juice, I think I can contribute to that thread where the dude was trying to cut back on chain vaping....

Not bragging but that is what came in Vape Mail today because I can't pass up a bargain. I received over a liter of DIY supplies last week and basically put them away for when I start running low on e-Liquids.
I'm glad you didn't take offense to that. I was just playing. Nothing wrong with buying juice. I was just shocked at the prices. BUT, I did get 150 mls.....The last time I bought juice, 150 mls would've lasted about 3 months with the devices we had back then. Not to mention, after vaping the same flavors for a very long time, the change is pretty nice.
