I still can't speak against the nautilus Mini - with that variable air control you can vary the draft from something like a very tight cigarette to the wide open aspect of a corn cob pipe. Good tank size, easy to work with and sparing in its use of juice to produce a decent flow of vapour.

I don't remember the Nautilus being that airy.

I thought the largest airflow was just a bit airier than the Saratoga cigarettes I ussd to smoke.

There you go, we are not all the same - I suppose it depends what you are used to; I smoked pipes full time from 1974, mainly cobs and Falcons and wrote at length about both. Some folk preferred the draw of the older typical British Pipes like Comoys and Barling's and many thought cobs and Falcons were too open - all I can honestly say is with the Mini full open it feels like the pipe draw I was accustomed to... but I fully accept that that is just a personal opinion.

Happy Vaping whatever!

Another vote for the Kayfun Lite + ! I'm strictly a MTL vaper and those and cartotanks like ibTankeds are all I use! You can't go wrong with either of them.

I prefer the Kayfun Nano instead of the full size just because I don't like the look of tall tanks.

Agreed. I think the shorter Kayfun has better flavor.

Someone said the shortest Kayfun was 30 mm not counting 510 pin and drip tip.

Agree with all the posts above that recommend the Nautilus or Kayfin tanks. Nautilus if you want prefab coils. Kayfun if you don't mind building for yourself. With the pending FDA fuster cluck coming, you should really think about learning to build your own coils.

I have been preaching the same thing for months.

They need to kick the tanks that use pre made coils to the curb and go RDA or RTA. Building is NOT THAT HARD.

then they need to learn to DIY EJuice.

Then stockpile a few things.

A few backup attys, at least two mods that use 18650 batteries, nicotine and flavorings for ejuice.

They are not going to restrict VG, PG, 18650 batteries cotton, etc because those are needed by a lot of industries other than vaping.

I didn't care for the Taifun. Didn't like the wick being so high off the base.

With my Silverplay Nano I put the tsils to the bottom of the juice wells so I can almost the last drop of juice in the tank. I wicked the Goblin Mini the same way.

How is that Goblin Mini? I was eyeballing that for future purchase. I use a subtank mini right now, but want to stock up with extra tanks for when the fda hits. I know this is a mtl thread, but can it go as airy as the subtank? Subtanks are good for either the mtl or lung crowd because of the airflow from small to quite airy.

Add a couple of mech mods and some replacement parts for everything. Regulated mods will eventually fail. Mechs last for many years of constant use when properly maintained.

I love regulated mods, I was going to grab a couple extras with replaceable batteries. But I also saw that mechs are pretty damn cheap to have a few on hand as well. It's just I don't understand them that well. I realize you can control it by your build. But I love being able to adjust watts and/or voltage. I realize that everything eventually fails and I feel that when the crap hits the fan hardware is going to be nearly impossible to buy if at all. I'm getting good and stocked up with nic, but if I don't have years of hardware what good is that?

I pretty much chain vape, and go through 3-4 ml of DIY juice/day. Costs me 20c/day or so.

I use two different setups almost exclusively. #1 a carto tank on a regulated mod (ProVari) #2 an A7 RDA on a mechanical mod (Mako)

but if I don't have years of hardware what good is that?

Quality hardware will last practically forever. Everything I listed above is over 4 years old, and still look and work like new.

I have one setup at 40mm tall, including drip tip, not counting 510 . Its a Fastech special, a 2 afc, replacement base, one of the flat bell caps and a short tip. The flatcaps have NO chimney/chamber, caps, And yes the shorter the chimney the more the flavor.. Very minor difference, but a difference.

I'm loving my Chalice III and Reo clone. better flavor than the Kayfun, smoother drawing, 6ml of juice. Only a little fatter than my Tube mech/tank w 18500. More pocket friendly than my Kayfun/Tube Mech.

So far my fav for mouth to lung is the Fuchai 200 watt TC with the Uwell Crown tank. I seem to feel using the watt mode is best for flavor. I been using the 0.25 atomizers.
MTL'ing on a Crown with a 0.25Ω coil?? You must have the mouth capacity of Dizzie Gillespie!!
Proof again that vaping is a very personal experience. :thumb:

Try a lemo v1 all the benefits of a kayfun none of the downsides and as they are not one of the popular tanks can be had quite cheap also tons of video reviews and forum threads to answer any questions you may have. I still have two in my rotation for when I want simple mtl vapes and tank capacity guaranteed to last you a working day.

Instead of RDAs I prefer RTAs. Lots less spilled and leaked juucs.

Another thing they can do is use higher ohm coils.

nope! RTAs SUCK juice UP compared to dripper RDAs, from my experiences. I HAVE to use RDAs over RTAs, unfortuantely. i would much-rather use tanks, but, they use up juice much faster than RDAs.

Lol! I was using .50 but when I tried the .25 the flavor seemed to get better. Could of just been the day. One thing is for sure, when I put the .25 in I have to lower wattage.
