Vaping in public - post media blitz

I got the big hair/big beard thing going on too. I get a lot of ZZ Top or Harley comments. One guy told me I look like a Van Zandt.

My son shaves his head too.. he actually had some white supremacists once try and recruit him.. he just laughed and told them they were barking up the wrong tree.. lol
Clouds got negative vibes in public places since the day they were invented.
Nothing new. Hell I remember asking clouders "doesn't that hurt?" back when I first started vaping.
The irony was that store bought pre-packaged crap by big tobacco hurt to vape way more than a sub ohm mod ever could.

I don't get out much, but the county does send housekeepers to help out twice a week, and the county nurse stops by every 2 weeks. The good news is that both were willing to listen* when I explained about the black market THC. And while my DIY stuff is put away most of the time I'd been doing big batches of my 3 main flavors and only got my premix and 2 flavors done in the first sitting so I even got to point out what's really in the liquid.

Not for those that pay attention. There is nothing I need that will be banned. In less than a month I will have a lifetime supply of my preferred gear and nic. Since vaping itself won't be banned I imagine a resurgence of vape meets will start to catch on. Also suspect that the glass shops will have some after hours trades. I can also see a few existing shops moving into the private club territory. These will work along the same lines as the private clubs that serve liquor in dry counties.
Without being rude and invading their personal space by blowing clouds of vapor in their direction. That won't do us a bit of good.The way to combat this insanity is for more of us, all of us, to become inescapably visible. Let's try immersion therapy. That way they can argue with their lying eyes when we're not all dropping in the streets like dead flies.
Passive resistance in our closets has never been the answer.
Nuke 'em. Only way to be sure.

I never vaped in public. I treated it like pot. I just don't trust to many people. Now 10 years later here we are.
I don't blow huge clouds in public and have had no comments as yet. But with all thats going on it won't be long I'm sure. The Media and Politicians are making it that way. Parents should be accountable for their kids.
Personal accountability seems to have gone by the wayside in our institutions and many households. They remind me of a character in one of my favorite 'old shows', Shultz from Hogans Heroes "I know nothing, I know nothing"

I do not vape in public anymore. I vape in my house and in my car and I am reconsidering my car.
This dang town is so SMALL I am in danger of running into someone I know (coworker or patient) and I do NOT want anyone knowing I vape. I men... It's none of their business, honestly, but it is indeed a fact that I don't want anyone to know I vape . I just snus when I have to, more than I'd like When I start going to AA meetings I will probably sns and knit.
Thank God for suns but his world does suck at times.
Oh yeah I also have to look at LEAST presentable when I go to Walmart. One time I was there, I ran into the head boss guys wife and 2 kids and she actually LIKES me.; Oh my.
People think what they think. I have accepted this to a degree but I will NEVER stop vaping at home.

This makes me sad, I wish you didn't have to feel this way about vaping in public.
Whatever makes you comfortable is certainly the right thing to do.
This isn’t a good thread. Are you seriously refraining from vaping in public anymore and getting ‘the looks’?
