Vaping in Singapore

Hi guys,

I am new to vape or Electronic Cigarette. I just would like to check with you on how this forum can be operational in Singapore since the government is so strict on Electronic Cigarette. Does any Singaporean possess any of this item? Even though so, i am also curious on how did anyone able to get the ejuice in?
