If it's just light rain I wouldn't worry lol. I just wouldn't want myself to be in any rain especially vaping in it. There's a thread where the vapers are on the porch vaping.
Older Folks and Vaping Front Porch - Part 5

The front porch is where vaping is discussed, the back porch is anything goes, although the threads rather cross over. They aren't literally sitting on a porch.

However, I sit outside all the time/use my vaping devices outside all the time, but if it rains I come in out of the rain, or protect my device from water..it's an electronic device, like any other. They don't take well to water.

Sorry about the idea of the link I posted. I was just trying to be humorous:)

If it's too wet to use your phone, it's too wet to use your mod. I once had a mod in my pocket get really wet as I put my soaked hand in and out of the pocket. Dried out OK over a day or so, but not something I'd care to experience a second time.

Well you have to amend that to be "If it's too wet to use MOST phones it's too wet to use your mod."

I have a Samsung and I can use it underwater if I want.

Really it depends on what you're using. First off, does your mod have electronics? If so, are those electronics protected against outside moisture? If not, probably best to keep it as dry as possible.

For me, the answer to the first question is no, so while I wouldn't use mine if it were dripping wet, a little moisture will have no effect for me.
