I live in CT, so I know about this first hand! I quit in October, so I started out vaping in the fall/winter. While my bronchitis went away within two days of being analog free, I also was bugged down with dehydration, until I regulated my water intake(important in the winter!); dry skin, which I already have a problem with in the winter; feeling colder from lack of water and vaping; less/more vaping, if the winter season is stressful... a lot of things can change, so just keep drinking water and put some 100% shea butter to keep your skin smooth and soft.
This may be simply psychological, but I find that I'm not as cold when I vape something "warm" like Snickerdoodle or something close to it.

Then again, I guzzle coffee like a maniac, so I'm never too cold.
