Hey everyone, I'm new to this forum and to vaping itself. I bought my own vape 2 weeks ago, I bought the Eiffel t1 esige with a tfv4 mini atomizer..currently I'm using a .41 subohm tank and usually run it at 50 to 65 watts..I only have 0mg and 3mg ejuice...so heres my question...I have never smoked in my life, ive used a hookah once 5 years ago so I shouldn't even have mentioned that LOL, I have vaped before buying my own but about 1 year ago and only 2 to 3 times a week for 5 mins MAX each time and only for about 2 months, so not a lot..i am not addicted to vaping in any way, as mentioned I use only 3mg or 0mg juice, so my concern is, since ive never smoked, should I even vape? I vape for the fun of it and all the flavors, etc. not only do I vape low nic levels, but I only vape MAYBE 30 puffs a day, MAX, some days not at all...so since I vape so little and at that nic level, will it even affect me in any way? Ive been reading a lot and recently read about a deceityl, not sure on spelling, which can be found in ejuice...please talk about that chemical if you can and not only that, but also the supposedly "4 or 5 chemicals" in ejuice, I do not believe that...lastly please talk about mg levels and ml and whatnot...Ive been on the same 30 ml bottle for 2 weeks that has 3mg, so clearly I don't vape a lot...so speak about that in terms of what counts up to a cigg maybe and whatnot, I hope you understand what I mean...so that's my concern..fyi, I exercise regularly and haven't found any change in my running abilities thus far, I know 2 weeks is a short period of time tho :) thank you!

Welcome to ECF.

I would start researching the "chemicals" issues of ejuice by reading this excellent Blog post by the founder of ECF at:

Confused about diacetyl? You should be

"...should I even vape?" You may get various opinions on this issue and it can sometimes lead to "controversy". :) That's a good thing. My own views are a respectful NO, you should not vape (NIC) in your case. My concern is the possibility that it may lead to nicotine addiction in your case. I certainly can't offer any scientific evidence supporting my views, rather it just makes me uncomfortable. On the other side of the coin is that some folks who never smoked feel "sharper" and more "focused" with a little NIC via vaping. You didn't mention this so if that applies to you, then it's another view to consider. At your current levels of consumption which is very very very low I would suggest that you "listen to your body" for any adverse reactions. Although I'm not a MD, at your current levels of consumption, vaping flavors (NO NIC) is fine with me.

I hope I have helped you. Good luck!
