make sure you have oxidized the mesh well, I usually do it before I roll and after, burn it with some eliquid 4-6 times then it is ready (probably overkill but it is fun :)) pass your wire through a flame 2 or 3 times, this will help get rid of any taste on the wire and makes it easier to work with. Don't wrap the coil too tight, try not to have the top nut on tight, just tight enough that it is not loose....think of the coil as water flowing down a spiral tube, if you are getting hotspots just use a tack or something small to bump the wire just below the glowing part....all the way until it is all burning bright. If you are getting alot of errors, chances are it is shorting on the wick somewhere....little hairs sticking out somewhere? You can also try the drill bit method for wrapping the coil, then once you get the coil set up, drop your wick in....you probably know all of this, but if there is anything else let me know......I almost through mine out the window the first day I had it, I was very mad hahah, but it will come and when it does it will be worth it.

I'm not quiet ready to throw it out but I'm going to make another wick and coil tomorrow since I'm not working because we got a foot of snow today. Do you find it to be a tight draw? From the research I've done I thought they were airy? Ill get it worked out I'm sure/I hope.

That seems incredibly boring. :) But I'm sure only people with a Zenesis product could comprehend the awesomeness.

That makes me picture a soldier with a disassembled rifle. You just need a drill sergeant with a stop watch.

Yes it is a little tight, make sure the hole is lined up with the wick, I took a small round file and filed it out a little bit, makes a big differenct, you can use a drill to do it as well but I went with the file so i could increase the hole little by little until it was where I liked it.

Don't know if anything is arriving today, but I did get a few items the last couple of weeks Some Boge XXL carto that I ordered, replacement tips for the Kanger T2, a Mini Nova to review, a couple of Innokin iTaste MVPs to review along with a pair of U-Can juice containers/dispensers, and a small sample of Mad Murdoch's Radiator Pluid sent to me by TheRealCMac that I'm excited to try out since I've been hearing about it all damn year. :)
