Just a mini-rant:

Getting ready to head out of town for a 4-day weekend, the first since vaping. Previously, a pack or three of analogs would be more than enough, and if I ran out, there were plenty of places to get a fix if I needed it.

Now, I need to remember not only my vape device; but juice, batteries, and a charger. And what if I burn out a coil? Better take a spare, just in case.

Don't forget, you might decide you need a different flavor, so take a few, just in case.

I'm a simple traveler, I like to take only what I need: clothes, minimal makeup and toiletries (for a woman; no hair dryer, curling iron, etc.). Suddenly I'm thinking I need a whole new bag for vaping stuff!

Yeah I would pick a whole gallon bag. Bring an extra coil or two. A couple bottles of juice. Extra battery or mod and charger. And if you wanna vape while you drive or walk a lot. Make sure to go with a tank. Doesn't sound like you use rda's. Not saying you are a noob or anything lol js. Anyway I still use tanks and like them best for on the go. You are gonna be golden but yeah pack an extra zip lock with vape stuff.

Oh yeah! You will need a whole new bag for vape gear. I never carried a purse in my life. I hate to carry stuff. If I can't fit it in my pockets I don't need it. That all changed! Now I don't even go across the street without my vape bag! I have my mod in hand, in my vape bag, Plenty of batteries, extra juice, tools I need to rebuild, extra prebuilt coils, ohms meter, battery tester, Dexoit Gold pen, cotton, scissors, and a partridge in a pear tree. Over kill, yes. But I'm ready for any emergency :w00t:

Posted this in another thread about carrying gear:

I never leave home without my Maxpedition [HASHTAG]#246[/HASHTAG] E.D.C. Pocket Organizer.

Contents: 7 tanks, 8 15ml to 30ml e-liquid flavors, 2 spare 18650s for my Vapor Flask, a few spare coil heads, a small cahier, and a bullet pen.

I never know when I might want to swap out a tank of Strawnilla for a Wakonda or Merengue, so I'm always ready when my taste buds start naggin'.

One of the best vape-investments I've ever made.

Of course, depending on one's habit/preferences, a couple of tanks, bottles, and replacement coils in a Zip-lock baggie would suffice.

Yeah, not a dripper (yet...). I like my tanks so far. Relative newbie. The last time I traveled, I took my vape pen, juice, and charger. I may have packed an extra coil JIC, I don't remember.

But now that I have a box mod, I have the separate batteries and charger too.

For some reason, it is just starting to seem like so much for someone who prides themselves on being a minimalist packer on trips, yk?

I travel almost every week and after lots of trial and error I've found that an external hard drive case from Best Buy holds 5 or so tanks with an elastic strap and has a mesh pouch that holds extra coils etc. I also found a small roll up pouch from jansport that holds extra mods and quite a few 30ml juice bottles. I've not had issues with airport security. They know what vape gear is. I take it out of my backpack and put it in the tray at the checkpoint. I put links to both. For the moderators. I am not affiliated with either company in any way

On my last trip (five days), I took one mod, one tank, three spare batteries, a charger, a foot of wire, a screwdriver, a 2.5mm mandrel, tweezers, a small fluff of Rayon, scissors, and 45 ml of e-liquid.

A little more than I would have packed to support my habit two years ago, but sitting on the beach at sunrise WITHOUT a cigarette dangling out of my face was a wonderful experience.

I got a cheap camo pencil case from the buck store that I use and it serves me well on trips, have seen people use shaving kits and makeup bags as well.

I've been meaning to look for something that matches my OD Green molle pack, was thinking maybe a first aid kit since they usually have lots of different places to hold stuff.
