You may have already read this, or something like it. The wikipedia entry is pretty clear that this shouldn't lead directly to a premalignant condition. But, I'm not a doctor. Did you say the 'sores' were painless, like in the article?
Maybe instead of self-diagnosing, you should visit your doctor specifically to address this issue...have him determine what it is.

Thank you I think I will. I should not just assume it was because of vaping. I'm not trying to throw vaping under the bus. It has saved me from countless years of awful chemicals in cigarettes smoke. However, there have been some drawbacks. I think I just vape way too much, I'm just very addicted.

You need to "cool it" (I looked the condition up) I mean many people push the watts too high for more vapor or just because they don't understand it's not necessary. Less watts, slow short draws, and a slight break between draws (also better for your coils) It's also very important to sip water while vaping (for several reasons)

I don't know how I can "Cool" it any more. I vape at such a low wattage as possible. If I vape any lower it won't even fire.

That was a very honest response... don't "throw us under the bus" (I had a feeling maybe this was worth my time and effort)
More details... what juice(s)?

So my devices are kangertech nebox for day time use (18-22 watts), and the kangertech spider with the cl tank which I use at 22 watts as well. I use 1.8 nicotine from the vendor Juishy. To be honest, I feel this started when I started using this vendor. They are cheap, 100 ml for 10 dollars. I just bought non flavored nicotine juice from another vendor, cheap as well. Maybe the vendor was the problem. I was using another vendor for my ejuice but their prices skyrocketed so much I had to change.

You just need a different tank (or different coils) What do you consider "low wattage"?

As I said earlier I bought a ton of .5 coils both socc and ssocc, for my 2 devices. I can usually get more than a month from a coil. I vape at about 22 watts. I think this may be too low for the sub ohm coils I have. I am no expert.

They constantly flood, but I have wire mesh drip tips that stop it from hitting my mouth. So I know I'm vaping at too low a wattage. But no blown batteries or any real problems. I just have to blow them out a few times a day to get ride of the extra juice that is collecting because I'm not vaping at a high enough wattage to completely evaporate the liquid.

OK... now we are getting somewhere. That is low wattage (disregard my comments on that)
1.8 nic is the same as 18 mg/ml and is a reasonable amount when quitting cigs. Much of this depends on finding a device/juice you like. Getting off the "nasties" is going to be hard... have to "re-wire" your brain and there are other compounds in in tobacco your body will miss. I have to go (for now) but you are off to a good start (just don't bring up the health issues for now) getting off the cigs is more important.

I can't believe me of all people is about to say this, but since you use an NEBOX for out and about, you may want to consider a high-powered pod device for out and about use. But I'm not the person to suggest any of those. Three are so many of them and I own none of them.

Anyway, unless your device is failing or something, it won't do you any good to change it. That's not causing your problem.

However I can tell you that higher ohm SSOCC coils from Kanger are getting rare. Unless you have the means to hoard whatever you can find, it might be in your best interest to fin another device. But to be honest, the vape industry has a big problem where we have thousands of devices and new one come out all the time. This means coil heads get discontinued quickly. Those Kanger SSOCC and OCC coils have been around for a long time. But becoming harder to find now. There are few coil heads in this industry that have been around for years and years.

That's why I became a hoarder early in my vaping life. When I saw that all this new stuff comes out every other month, I didn't want to be left high and dry having to buy new stuff all the time.

Surprised you have an NEBOX . That's impressive.

However, for the home mod at least, I suggest you getting yourself that has a replaceable 18650 or 21700 battery. Personally, I highly recommend a Eleaf Pico. They are durable mods for me. They are smaller than your NEBOX. But these are not AOIs like the NEBOX so you have to use a tank on them.

I have about 4 nebox. They are absolute tanks. I am a machinist and I have dropped them from 10 feet up about I'm not even kidding 30 times, on the same tank, and it's still working, although it's beat to hell, usually just have to open it up clean up the atomizer and it's good to go. And it holds 10 ml. It's a beast.

The pods scare me. I have no idea how they work. Like I said Like to vape all day. I really need to find a way to cut back, but damn it's so hard because it's just so easy. And I have so much down time at work and at home, I just vape all day. As you said there are so many things it gets quite overwhelming and I'm not one for building my own devices.

Don't know what a "mesh drip tip" is, but flooding, gurgling can get small amounts of juice in your mouth and is not fun.
On a different topic, don't but coils from e-bay (been there, done that... never again)
There are many deals right now (devices, tanks, and juice) That juice might be an issue... try something else for awhile.

You can't even buy coils from ebay anymore, or any vaping devices. I even tried to sell my smok mag on facebook and it got denied. I think serious changes are coming to the vaping world. The mesh just seals into the drip tip itself, so if it spits back it gets caught in the mesh and won't go in your mouth. Just bought a few more after I dropped my nebox and the drip tip came apart and I couldn't find my tip. If you don't have one I would highly recommend it. No spit back at all if you vape at lower watts like I do.

Fair enough, I don't blame you. :)

As far as down time, that is the downfall of all addictions. You have to keep busy. The less you use your hands, the more you will vape. You sound a lot like me. You need something to do, or you will keep vaping and vaping.

About a new device: Your NEBOX is an AOI, and All in one device. No tank, the tank is integrated into the device. Are you opposed to using a small mod (around the size of your NEBOX or maybe smaller) at work that is smaller than your NEBOX but requires a tank, like your spider?

I think you definitely need to heed mine and others' advice of increasing your resistance and lowering your wattage. I am both a MTL and DL vaper. I vape well at 1.2-1.5 ohms at 13W using Kanger OCC and SSOCC coils and other coils and rebuildables. You are getting spitback and gurgling because you are flooding your coil. SO you either need to up your wattage a bit, which will mean a hotter vape, or you need to increase your ohms and decrease your wattage to get a cooler vape.
