Fair enough, I don't blame you.
As far as down time, that is the downfall of all addictions. You have to keep busy. The less you use your hands, the more you will vape. You sound a lot like me. You need something to do, or you will keep vaping and vaping.
About a new device: Your NEBOX is an AOI, and All in one device. No tank, the tank is integrated into the device. Are you opposed to using a small mod (around the size of your NEBOX or maybe smaller) at work that is smaller than your NEBOX but requires a tank, like your spider?
I think you definitely need to heed mine and others' advice of increasing your resistance and lowering your wattage. I am both a MTL and DL vaper. I vape well at 1.2-1.5 ohms at 13W using Kanger OCC and SSOCC coils and other coils and rebuildables. You are getting spitback and gurgling because you are flooding your coil. SO you either need to up your wattage a bit, which will mean a hotter vape, or you need to increase your ohms and decrease your wattage to get a cooler vape.
No, I'm not opposed. However these 4 ml tanks are just not enough to get me through the day. That is why I love my nebox so much, it holds 10 ml. I don't know why they changed almost all tanks to hold these measly 4 ml or maybe a bit more.
The problem is I have tried higher ohm coils in the past, and they burnt right away, The higher ohm coils are always nickel I think from past experience. I prime them like they say and even use the nickel wattage selection that you can choose, and they seem to burn right out, like immediately. Maybe I have gotten some bad batches but I really have not had any luck with higher ohm coils. I usually always just use the straight wattage selection on my device and not the others, ni, ti, ss.
On a side note do these other selections really matter? The plain wattage selection seems to be pretty good.
