So icemanx3 gave me quite a good idea to make some vaping quizzes. I did two, once about what e-cig to get, and one about what method to use (dripping, cartos, etc).

I did include mods in my "what e-cig to get" quiz, with the caveat that any new user should research batteries and safety before doing so.

I think the vaping method quiz is probably less accurate, because there are so many over-lapping aspects of what makes each method good. If anyone has suggestions on how to tighten that one up a bit, let me know.

These are obviously just supposed to be fun, and hopefully a bit useful - not hard-and-fast. So let me know what you think. Oh, and no, the age and gender questions don't affect your result - they're automatically inserted, and I can't remove them.

What E-Cigarette is Right for You?

Using an e-cigarette - what method suits you?

I took the quizzes for a test drive and they seem ok to me.

First one did say I should get a Mod, which is accurate.
Second one suggested cartomizers which... well, no. Been there done that and they aren't enough.

But I seem to be a little bit on the "hard-core" side of average, so my results may not be typical.

Nice job, I think.

Thanks! Yeah, the "vaping method" quiz isn't as accurate I think. There's so much over-lap in methods. Any suggestions for how to make the results more accurate?

The Internet
Device results: Mod, followed by KR8, close third eGo, regular 510 - like an 8th inch of red. Currently have eGo, looking at GLV.
Method results: Drip, close second for juice fed, closely followed by carts, cartos pretty far behind. Currently drip and cartos.

I like these. Maybe I'll have to send the link to friends.

To tell the truth, I think they probably do about as well as possible without having 100 questions or so.

The idea is to just assist people with what kind of pv to look for, right? Not to FIND the perfect pv for the person taking the quiz, which would be pretty difficult.

And would require a separate quiz just for the mod PVs. ;)

Of the options listed I chose more accurately in the first one and a bit on the leasier/simpler side on the second, so I really think the results were good.

What E-Cigarette is Right for You?
Your Result: Mods

You need a serious e-cig that means serious business. Big battery life, big versatility, big power, but of course, also a bigger size. Not all mods are giants - some are quite small. But if you need a bit more from your e-cig, this is where you want to look. There are many models, that offer everything from days of battery life to juice-feeding to variable voltage, or maybe just a piece of mechanical art. Find your e-cig soul mate.
Result Breakdown:

44% eGo
21% Kr808D-1

hehehe but I think I already KNEW that... thanks Mistress! & thanks ECF for helping me already know that! This woulda been quicker, but then I wouldn't be a non-smoker yet - would still be searching for the perfect mod. I may have answered some questions differently tho', since I already have my eGo(s)...

Using an e-cigarette - what method suits you?
Your Result: Juice-feeding mod
It sounds like you've been around the block with some of these other methods, and you just don't want to think about filling your e-cig at all - and who could blame you? If that's you, try out a juice-feeding mod. Most take between 3 and 6ml to keep you vaping all through an entire day.
Result Breakdown:
85% Juice-feeding mod
81% Direct dripping
59% Cartridges
27% Cartomizers

Good quizzes. They suggested I should get a Mod and use a drip tip. Now, although I have been seriously thinking about buying a mod, I have tried dripping and I am not a big fan of it.

Also, with both quizzes, I can't help but thinking that my answers would have been totally different back when I was a smoker looking into E-cigs for the first time.

If I hadn't found ECF in the nick of time, I surely would have started with a GreenSmoke. Instead, went with the Ego.

Scary accurate quizzes!! The predictions were like it was reading my mind.

I'm supposed to be using a mod (been looking at the Roughneck, drooling)
Second by a very little bit -eGo - which I own and enjoy wholeheartly!

The it predicted Carts, which I like so I can switch flavors easily.
(carry 8 flavors when I leave the house)
Followed very closely by dripping (so I do it at home where it's easy)

Have you considered fortune telling on the side?:lol:

Get me some goat testicles and a nice bandanna and I'm all over it. ;)

Thanks!

Cool idea M.N.. Took both quizzes and thought the results were reasonable. It took me a little thought to answer the question in the "method" quiz about wether I wanted easy to fill or less refilling since I refill cartos through a drip tip and it's both easy and infrequent but I may not be a typical ecig user in that way. :)
