Note that story was written by Bloomberg reporters who hypocritically touted the accusation by vapor prohibitionist CTFK that FDA nominee Scott Gottlieb has a vapor conflict of interest (without acknowledging that CTFK has lied about vapor products and lobbied FDA to ban them since 2009, or that CTFK has received >$100 Million from Big Pharma and millions more from vaping prohibitionist Michael Bloomberg).

They could argue that someone who has been a farmer can't work for the Department of Agriculture because there is a conflict of interest? Or you can't work at the Federal reserve if you ever worked for a bank? If science rules decision making at the FDA (not) then that should always win the argument. I'd like to see some FDA science about vaping now please. Please?
