Vaping VG liquid made by CVS Pharmacy

I'm looking into trying to make my own e liquid, to keep my vaping cost down, since dripping is my main go to and getting to be the same cost as smoking, not including my addiction to collect. I seen Pure Glycerin USP on the CVS website for $5.49 for 6oz.

Active Ingredient: Glycerin 99.5% Anhydrous

2 out of the 4 reviews were about making e juice, is this safe and is there anything I can use for flavoring etc without having to order supplies online?

Its safe if it says usp..I get mine from shoppers drugmart 100% usp vg..as for flavouring im not sure, sorry

Thanks, unfortunately Walmart is at least 40+ mins away from me, without traffic.

Thanks, I was just iffy after reading external use only on the bottle.
