The FDA is between a rock and a hard place. If they get too carried away with this drug delivery devise thing they will including the cigarette. This will bring the Big Tobacco powers to be with their big money and even bigger tax revenue laying waste to the FDA. On top of this the medical community AKA the AMA is quickly going pro E-cig. Even the Justice system is giving the FDA problems on this subject. I think the worse thing that can happen is that the juice gets taxed and regulated and that might not be bad for the vaping community, there's one of those words again. ;) I don't even think the hardware will be taxed above normal sales tax as there's no nicotine in the hardware.
