In which way are they not working? Absolutely no vapor production? Very little vapor? Not giving you the nicotine your body says it needs?

If it's no vapor production, it may be that the carto isn't screwing down properly onto the battery. Not too long ago they had some that weren't. Try unscrewing it and re-screwing it a couple of times. I also read that you could swipe a nail file across the top of the battery threads a couple of times to allow the carto to tighten. I'd only do this if you're positive that they're not screwing on right though.

I've got a bunch that were bought in the last two weeks, and don't have a problem. Got a few of the second-ring hard caps that I'm not so sure about (they were freebies, given to me by my sister from her order). Are they the CoolCarts? There's been a few reports of some of those not making a tight enough connection with the battery, but there's fixes for that too.

Thanks for all your responses! Yes, I make sure they are screwed on correctly. When I screw them on, they are flush with the battery. My friend is also having the same problem with cartomizers. At first, we thought it was our batteries. So, we have tried these non working cartomizers on all four batteries, and they still don't work! When I say they're not working, I mean there is no vapor, no nothing coming out. I purchase the 24mg cartomizers and it's plenty of nicotine for me, when they are working. Also, we're having a problem with them fitting on our USB pass-throughs. Not one cartomizer will fit these. I just didn't know for sure, if this is an ongoing problem with the company, or not. I did email customer service and am waiting for a response. We'll see what they say.

All you have to do is pry up on the battery connection on the carto. It's the little round circle with the hole in the middle, directly in the middle of the carto. It's not making a good connection with your battery, thus not making vapor. I've had that happen many times with V4L cartos. Just try taking a paperclip and putting it between the center ring and the outside wall with the threads and pry up a little bit. Work your way around the little nub, prying up a few times as you go around it. Works everytime :)

had the same problem with coolcarts.
if you drawing repeatedly without the cart getting hot/warm, then it's threading properly with the batt.
if what you got is coolcarts then use a file on the batt. threads till u can screw the carts completely
another method is to keep screwing unscrewing the cart till it goes all the way.
open the cart just to make sure they are filled truely. or u can blow and see if a drop of fluid comes out from the batt end

Hey everyone, it sounds like his carto's are screwing onto the battery all the way already. I doubt the threads are his problem, although I have run into that problem as well in the past. When that is the case, the carto would not screw all the way onto the battery, thus not making connection. In that situation, shaving the threads a bit works to fix the problem.

His case is different. I am 100% positive that he needs to bend up the center "nub" on the carto. I have that problem very often when switching back and forth between my passthrough and batteries. Must be one of them pushes the center nub down a bit, so when I switch to the other it doesn't make contact. Prying up a bit on that center connection, the round circle in the middle of the carto with the hole in the middle, will make it work. Works everytime :)
