I recently started vaping, and was turned on to this company from a friend. I purchased The ultimate starter kit from them along with a couple different flavor cartomizers. I was looking for the right flavor that I could convince myself would get me off analogs permanently. After finding the right flavor, I ordered a few more boxes of the flavor I liked. WowNuport 24's. When my shipment came in, I quit analogs. I had a battery problem right away, and I called their customer service line, and they took care of the problem in under a minute and had it in the mail that day! That is what I call service!

I've been in the automobile business for 10 years, and understand how hard it is to please everyone. It's impossible. In my opinion, Vapor 4 Life goes over and above most companies with customer service, reliability, and a great product.

When I got my new battery, there were instructions on how to send the defective part back. The only thing that bothered me a little, was the fact that I have to pay to send the defective part back. I thought for sure there would be a return paid envelope inside. I ended up being ok with this because they usually throw in free samples of cartomozers, juices, or accessories when you order from them.

I agree 100%. I have used V4L since I began using e-cigs. I have had 3 problems and they have rectified all of them. I also have tried other compaies trying to find a cartomizer that I could use with their batterie that were less expensive. I successfully found cheaper ones but NONE of them lived up to V4L's Carts. The flavor was the issue. All the other ones had a strange after taste." To me" the V4L carts taste more like a real cig than any other carts. Last but not least. There batteries last loner than ANY of the batteries I have purchased anywhere else. I have bought from 5 other companies. All the batteries break or quit working. However the 2 batteries " 808D Manual Batteries" are still going strong after 8 months. I also only use their e-liquid my personal favorite is Traditional Tobacco flavor. I've never been crazy about candy or food flavored juice. I want it to taste like a cigarette. If I want candy or food flavors, I'll eat them. lol I hope there around forever because I am definitely one of their loyal customers. Definitely worth the
