I felt compelled to jot down a note about Rick @ Vapor Alley after recieving my order of CE3s today.Im rather new to vaping (about 3 months)and today i recieved my 1st DOA product.1 of the CE3s was DOA out of the box ,which was a bit amusing to say the least,as I was trying to demonstrate the ease of these things to the Book keeper in the front office LOL.anyway I got a good one out of the box and she was instantly in love with it.I wrote a note to Rick and explained that I wasnt complaining but was compelled to share my experience with him since he was the victim of my 1st DOA experience.I was really delighted with the fast response from him and the offer to put an extra one in the next order.I mean,he replyed in less than 20 min...WOW....being a Service Manager myself I know how important it is to respond to any issue,good or bad.Rick was abosulety awesome in his respose and the wording if his emails.Very professional....oh,and the CE3s are awesome.I showed the book keeper how to use and fill it(the good one :),,,,in less than a min.She was very happy with the less messy experience(no leaking)...so anyway,Cudos to Rick at Vapor Alley.Like I say,Im a Service Manager and I tell my guys all the time...Having a problem is not a problem,but how you handle that problem will define you as a company,and I have to say Rick did an exelent job this morning.
