So I have been a customer of Vapor Alley / Atmosusa.biz for almost 2 years now, and let me tell you there is a reason for that. Let's say there is something wrong with your order, normally you would get the, oh sorry but there isn't anything we can do about it or just the run around. If ever, and this is a very rare thing, there is a problem with the order, Rick fixes it and sends me a bonus for the trouble. I just bought a few atty's from him and 2 of them died within the first week. I think it's because I'm using a 6v Copper (which aren't for sale anymore =( RIP ) and the atty I used was a 2.5 ohm. It's not a low rez atty but it might not be enough resistance in it to take the whole 6v without burning out. So Rick is sending me a higher resistance atty free of charge just to see if that's the case. Also on my copper the little top assembly had moved a little and the atty wasn't able to touch it, all I had to do was push on it to move it back, but Rick sent me a whole new assembly free of charge just in case that didn't work!!! Rick and Vapor Alley is one in a million and this is the company that you wish every other one would be like!!! 11 out of 10 for you Rick!!!
