Recently I have gotten back to e-cigs even more strongly than before (and am nearly off the other kind!) and have been looking for hardware and suppliers that fit my needs.
Vapor Alley is one of the ones I have just started dealing with and I have to say that on customer service alone they will continue to get business from me.
The story: a glitch in the web order processing ended up with me missing a few things in an order. I sent an email to see what I needed to do to get things straightened out and a short time later received a phone call from Vapor Alley to explain the issue as best he could (it is a weird problem) and set things right.
For the trouble, they tossed in a small freebie when they shipped the few things that had not shipped originally (nor had I been charged for.)
Prices are good, stock seems plentiful and shipping is quick- received the stuff today and the phone call was on friday afternoon, 3 days ago.
Most of the vendors I have dealt with in this particular trade are good- far better than average for most businesses nowadays, I'd say- but Vapor Alley is one of, if not THE best I have dealt with.
No question in my mind that any time I am looking for something I will be looking there first.
