Not only was my call answered by a real-life human on Christmas Eve, he was super helpful and nice. He talked with me about the Vamo (awesome) I wanted to get for my boyfriend and what sorts of batteries they offered that he would recommend. We went with the e-fest and it works like a champ. He shipped our order that morning and it was here within three days. In the box he included a bunch of samples of e-juice with a note that read, "You had some room left over so I filed it up. Merry Christmas!" Not only that but, they have/had it for sale for under $50. Two of my friends have since ordered thier Vamos from Vapor Bank. Great customer service, great prices, fast delivery.
