Ok for all thoughs out there that are trying Ecigs for the first time, new to the area and not sure where to go, or just looking for somewhere new. The Vapor Boutique is the very best place to go, customer service is hands down better than I have gotten anywhere PERIOD! Lets just say for arguements sake you are brand new I mean as NOOB as you can be. You walk in to this store, you are greeted and asked to sit at the counter, you mention you are new to this and ask for advice. Well this establishment will give you a broad range of Ecigs, at varying prices and after you settle on one he will brake down everything for you. You will walk out knowing exactly how to use it, and if you have any problems later feel free to call or come back and he will walk you through everything again. Now lets say you are just looking for a liquid, not only does this place have a very wide range of flavors and strengths but he will let you sample while you are there just to make sure that flavor is for you. no charge whats so ever, there is no pressure for you to buy anything, in fact the only thing that was a little (very little) bit worthy of complaining was the fact that it was chilly that day and all the windows were open. Like I said no where near a deal breaker, he also sells on line just look up the store name and it links you right to the sight. My first experience was pretty good. walked out with two starter kits.
Second experience was pretty good, brought a friend who dropped 275 bucks.
Third experience same same. I have spent no less than 50 bucks since I have been there.
Most recent experience, I will never return. I love supporting small business but they were down right rude to me. I had to change a failed charger in which was pretty easy. I then asked to try a few flavors, that is why I go there is so I try before I but which is tougher off of the internet. Part of the wonderful sales pitch was that your tastes will change. The response I received was, "You have tried twice, there is nothing new, what do you expect to gain?" They finally let me try a flavor and acted like it was the most inconvenient thing for them to do for me. I was blown away. Thinking they were having a bad day, I said, well I need some juice, so do you have list? The reply was, no, it is on the internet. So here I stand in the shop looking at my smartphone for a list of flavors in the store where they are sold... while other customers are around being helped very politely. I still bought three bottles but dare say, I was pretty embarrassed and blown away. I will not send my friends or anyone I meet there again. I felt like my money nor I was welcome. Everyone was so nice when I was buying new kits but service after the sale was very off putting. Will definitely be trying the couple of other stores in the area this weekend.
