Hey guys. First off I'm not here to bash Vapor Chef. I'm sure they're a great company that makes quality liquid. I'm just giving my experience and my insight.

So I'm always for trying new liquids and shopping around, I was doing so 2 weeks ago and I decided to finally try Vapor Chef after some of the excellent reviews. I ordered Honey Pearry, obviously since everyone raves about it and I also ordered Butter Beer. I'll start with Honey Pearry, description (from what I remember) is honey dew, strawberry and pear. I only taste honey dew or some type of melon and It also taste perfumy. I thought after a few puffs the perfume taste would go away, it lightened up but its still there. Its a good vape if you want in your face melon but its hard to get past the perfumy, artificial taste. Next is Butter Beer, I ordered Butter Beer cause I really didn't know what else to get, I like bakery liquids, anything creme brulee or custard or cookie definitely tickles my fancy so I saw this was butterscotch, vanilla and "other spices" and I thought it was for me. I only taste butterscotch, it's basically a butterscotch flavor, thats it. Another thing I'm getting is that perfumy/artificial taste. I'm not crazy about it but its not bad. I'll probably put both of these up for a rainy day. As far as customer service it was great. Package got here in 3 days and it came with an army man and a 5ml of free juice (Bloody Mango, haven't tried it yet). feel free to share your own experiences. Thanks guys.

I don't really believe in steeping. Sure steeping has helped my already awesome juices taste even better but I can't say I've ever had a juice go from garage to gold by steeping. I will go back to these (at least Honey Pearry) after some steeping just to see if there is any change.

A lot of new vapors are impatient and don't believe in steeping, while more seasoned vapers just sit back and know that steeping does indeed make a difference with many vendors' juices. Ahlusion being a prime example.

I have some of The Vapor Chef liquids....Black Pom, Honey Peary, Peppermint Pattie, Strawberry Vanilla Cake, Hobbes, etc. All of the juices must be steeped for a couple of weeks to reach their full potential. Example - I tried Peppermint Pattie when I first received it. The liquid was clear and vaping it was slightly difficult due to the strength of the mint. No chocolate could be tasted. I put it back in my liquid box and forgot about it for a couple of weeks. I came across it last week and noted the liquid was a light brown color------steeping at its finest. Poured some in my PT2 mini and YUMMO!!! OMG....I died and went to heaven!!! Every single juice I purchased it absolutely awesome now that they have had the chance to steep.

Put your juices in a drawer and forget about them for a couple of weeks. Work on some of your older stock while you wait. I promise you will be rewarded for your patience!

Often times, I've found that leaving the top and nipple off of the bottle for a few hours after a vigorous shake will help the volatile (alcohol) ingredients of the perfumy flavoring so evaporate off faster and greatly shorten the necessary steep time. "Burping" all of the excess air out of the bottle several times helps as well.
