Briefly describe your problem or issueTerrible absolutely the worst customer service out there in my opinion...I had been in contact by email with Michael who said it was sent despite ticket and postal service saying only that it had been in pre shipment only ..well after calling their store in Nevada I spoke with a woman who said she seen the same pre shipment and she would get back to me that day ?..well I had called her later that evening because of no contact ...she said she will talk with Michael and see what the next step is and she would call next day?... NO CALL..NO RETURN EMAIL..AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO REACH THEM i FINALLY CALLLED TO DISPUTE PAYMENT THROUGH VISA...their site says something like they believe customer service is blah blah blah well never again would I deal with them...crooks in my eyes....be cautious fellow vapors cover yourselves.....Joe
