Atlantis has no rba but supposedly they are finally giving in to customer demands and working on it. There are people selling on eBay a supposedly compatible one from a different atty but it reportedly does not allow enough room between tank and RBA body for juice to flow properly. The RBA head for the other atty costs like $7.95 but to make it work you have to drill 2 wicking holes in chamber body. There is a guy drilling the holes and selling finished units for $113.95 on eBay! How many he is selling at that price, I cannot say!

The v2 version works great and I even found tme online in UK for £8. They are not just the segatank RBA drilled out, they are quite different in terms of threading etc also so as they fit the atlantis properly. The $113.95 thing on ebay is strange as he was selling them for $13.95 before,. I think he is using it to placehold that page while he gets another batch maybe?!?!?

I sent an email to Doris over at Focal to tell her that Fasttech pulled the SXK TC 40w/50w/60w Vapor Flasks from their site causing great disappointment with some ECF members that they had not ordered them sooner as initial reviews have been very good and told her that I was sure they would jump at the chance and give her a great price to have them listed over at Focal.

Told her that if Fasttech no longer carried them it might be a good opportunity for Focal to profit from the situation.

Don't know if it will do any good but I've tried for you guys who had your hearts set on that 60w unit and missed the Fasttech boat. I'm sure that if others made product requests, Focal might give it serious consideration.

Just a thought!

Don't have an Atlantis myself but others might appreciate a product link

I told Doris any news that was posted a asked her to get the Infinite/Yosen/SXK versions. She told me that FC wouldn`t get them so cheap and couldn´t offer the same price. But maybe this new situation, will offer new prices and possibilities. ;)

I wished Doris could get them. It seems that FT shipments get a special treatment by the customs im Germany, with lots of problems. That`s the reason why I haven`t ordered them from FT.

Yeah not surprising. I wonder what 'not as cheap' means. They were $58 on FT. If they are $70 on Focal that's still great. $100, not so great, but they'll still sell some. The Waidea flasks were $76 so around there seems fairly likely as a worst case.

I have just sent my email to Doris as well. I told her I already had the 50W flask and now I wanted a 60W as well. I linked her to my review on this thread of my 50W so she can see I already had one and how much I liked it.

Who else was thinking of getting one? @sonicbomb I remember, and someone else I think? You might all want to email sales@focalecig.com as TPat suggested.

I guesss, Doris didn`t want to offer these items at much higher prices. Your right, 70$ would be great.

@AtmizrOpin - ah you may well be SOL with that one. I can't imagine anyone will touch it now there's a patent out on it. at least not any of the big(ger) names. Maybe the odd eBay vendor, at least outside the US.

@sonicbomb - worth sending an email to add your name to the request. Even if Doris can get them added it's unlikely to be immediately. Ditto @yo han

I got my VF 60W yesterday and spent all evening building on my Goliath that also came yesterday! I don't see where I will ever be near 60w. It works extremely well and the highest I have gone is 30w keeping temp protect off the screen. There is a learning curve and 30g nickel is the biggest pain in the ...!

Best way I have found to work with it is to twist it with 30g Kanthal. I did up a 6/7 coil on my coilmaster and it worked and fit the build deck perfectly. No leaking even with the other air hole uncovered and open. Coil came in at .10 ohms on a 3mm mandrel. Wicked with Rayon.

The Goliath is performing excellent and is definitely my tank of choice out of my RTA's. I still can't seem to get the flavor that my RDA's have though. Same juice but the tanks just have a different flavor.

I have a Zero 60w coming and every mod will have it's own tank, I'm OCD like that. A singel battery may be an issue as I have a hard time putting the VF down!

As for a review, @TheBloke did a much better job than I could. I got it in silver after seeing his review and fit and finish was very good. Buttons are clicky and screen is easy to work with. Directions sucked but I expected that as well.

Sorry to see them gone. Hopefully we can get the board and retrofit a Waieda to be the same.

Thank you all for all the information and reviews. It is a community like this that has kept me off analogs this long and even in most situations where I would have bummed a smoke off of someone I have not had an issue turning the other cheek.

Happily vaping away on TC,
Sean

Man, I must have a knack for braking my vape gear. I dropped my Lemo 2 which was attached to my VS DNA 40 on the floor(Lemo broke the fall), picked it up and kept saying "check atomizer". Tried it on my ipv4 and worked fine on that, weird I thought. Then noticed the air control ring was crooked so I guess I dropped it hard enough to screw up the connection between the base you can unscrew and the base with the glass attached to it. Took her down to the basement and removed 510 positive pin from the base of the Lemo that screws on to your mod and put a glob of solder on top of it where that pin makes contact with the bottom of that screw with the air holes drilled in it and now it's working better than new. Usually my VS would refine it .01-.02 ohms lower over time. Not anymore, starts off at .11 and stays there regardless of refinement.

Got lucky there. Flasks are getting harder to get due to being pulled from FT, FC, & others. Jumped on a Waidea at 3F and it appears I got the last one. As soon as I ordered, the page for it showed no longer in stock. If you want one better think about pulling the trigger pretty quick.

Just wanted to note from the photo above that I'm not the only Taifun lover.

OK I followed everything but why did you have to drill the solder blob?

I'm sorry, I have trouble explaining things sometimes. I meant the post with the air holes in it from the factory. I drilled nothing. Here are some pics. Can you see the solder on the tip?IMG_20150531_200503-1.jpg IMG_20150531_200400-1.jpg

Like a less than a week waiting. Thank you Evovl. Anyway here goes round two with the silver Waidea flask. Wish me luck.IMG_20150531_195838-1.jpg
