Finally!! Glad to report it's finally in hand!! Touched down yesterday afternoon. I had way too much going on yesterday afternoon and last night. I got home about 10pm and couldn't stand it. So I pulled it out of the box and I was very happy. Build quality seems and really is very nice. Finish is great. I was worried about it not sitting flush when batteries were installed (saw and heard it may be an issue) but not on this one. So, I went to build something with nickel. Now that's another story!! I am no means an expert. I've been wrapping coils for the past couple of years and am very comfortable with all of it. But this ni200 was/is kicking my ....! Managed to get a single coil into a MutationX V2 after about an hour or so and it was worth it! This thing hums right along! 450 degrees, 30 watts and watch it AND enjoy it working!! Very pleased. Now, it's time to start climbing the learning curve on ni200 builds! God I love to vape!!

mine has been at acceptance since the 12th. I'm not having any luck my subtank nickel coils were supposed to be delivered on Saturday but it hasn't even reached a the main postal office in my area. I found the easiest way to build with nickel is to use a small bolt gives me perfect spacing and is pretty quick

Nikkita6 & Halfastep - do you both own the same exact unit that you both like?

Is Focal a good place to order it? - they seem to be at least $5 cheaper ($69) on the silver one I want than 3FVape ($74) and Fasttech is at $68

please update us on the best place to buy as far as Focal vs. 3FVape vs. Fasttech

3FVape is specifying a 5 day back order and resumes shipping on the 28th, so that equals shipping March 3

the other two vendors are stating shipping starting Feb 26 (Fasttech) and 27th (Focal) and are both cheaper!

I believe that's FT not Focale for the seconds.- And they do carry the USB version as well as the non-USB

yeah, probably want to fix that post, Nikkita is the one that recommended Focal in the first place, I have never heard from Nikkita or anyone else that they sell seconds.

and for what it's worth, I have bought a ton of non-ecig stuff from FastTech such as headlamps and batteries and never got a second on anything..

I got mine in today! It seems to have the brass 510 connection which seems it might be a problem latter on as it feels soft. I also got the nickel subtank coils to got with the kanger subtank.

First the build quality feels good heavy and sturdy. I popped a coil in the subtank and it read at .14 so far so good. I vaped a tank with temp set to 410f at 32watts without issues. Vapor and flavor was great loving it. I noticed the tank was not flush and since I needed to fill the tank decided to screw in the firing pin down a bit to get it flush. Screwed the tank back on and it was reading .16 so stared to vape instant temp protection. Messed with it some more raised the pin and got it running good again.

I am not sure if its the coil or 510 but can not get it flush without firing issues. If I back it off a little it works just need to work with it some more.

I also notice there is a one second delay until it fires. Not sure if the evolve chip has the same behavior.

I was in on the preorder for VS rDna 40 clone but after the second delay, I didn't really have any confidence the factory they had to deal with would ever be able to really get it right. I know the VF is the hot mod out right now but it just doesn't really appeal to me for some reason. I sent an email to Gina on the evening of the 12th USA time, and asked to either change my order to a Hana 40 clone and ship before cny or just cancel it. They changed the order and shipped the same day, 13th. I must say I was impressed with that. No idea how long it will take but have my ni wire ready and waiting. It is sitting at Origen Post is Preparing Shipping status for past 3 days now. Hopefully by end of next week I will be check out my first TC mod.

You're thinking of the DNA30 vs the Cloupor 30 in this pbursado youtube video. Go to 2:54 :



The less than 1 sec. delay is only noticeable if you start sucking and then click or stick the drip tip in your ear and push the fire button.

Ah you're right, it's DNA 30 my mistake but I still stand by my statement DNA 40 doesn't have any delay push the firing button. It been discussed somewhere in the DNA 40 nickel coil build thread.

Hey everyone. I was just browsing my google now recommendations and I stumbled upon this article: What’s Really Going On in China?

I knew about Pbusardo and VapinGreek going to China but I didn't know about Brandon from evolv going there as well. Doesn't this article's 'Tech Sharing Theory' make sense a little bit? Look at the timing; they go there and all of a sudden DNA 40 clones start popping up. Mike Vapes from youtube even says that these VF clones are better then his authentic rDNA.

Could it be that these great clones have been made by the same DNA 40 chip "recipe"?
