Very nice of you to offer a contest, and welcome to ECF! Hope y'all do well. Just wish there was an option for those of us who can't vape high VG. I did see in the questions to contact you about further customizing an order. That tropical breeze sounds yummy. Is the fruit basket more tropical fruits, or more like berry? Wishing you much success!!

Fruit Basket is more like tropical fruits (coconut, peach, strawberry to be exact). There are two flavors that we may be releasing soon that are different type of fruit flavor (hard candy/berry and a grapefuit). I think this weekend the grapefuit will be released, then a week after Christmas the hard candy/berry flavor will be released.

If you were to order and want to have a custom VG/PG level, it's completely possible to customize it. You could include it in your order notes. Keep in mind though, that it will be freshly mixed, therefore order processing will take 1 to 2 days and it will need to steep once you receive it.

We would love to openly offer different VG/PG levels and one day hope to do so, but from a business standpoint it's out of the question right now. We're small, as in we have only a couple of employees and not a lot of storage space right now. Offering X different pg/vg levels of our flavors means adding X amount of extra storage. We just cannot do that at this time, we don't have the space or manpower.

Most of our juices are 80/20, with one being 70/30. This is pretty close to max VG, but not actually the maximum VG that we can offer. Flavors, for the most part, are 10-20% flavoring so just making everything 80VG/20PG (using PG based flavoring) lowers our storage and production costs to where we can offer our product at a low price.

Sorry for the wall of text, just wanted to be transparent in how we run the business.

If you don't mind me asking, why do you vape high VG, is it a medical reason or are you using a tank that has to have a high PG level?

thanks for the response! Nice to know that you can accommodate other preferences. I totally understand not having tons made up of every type. I typically vape 70-75 PG, anything with higher VG than that just makes my chest feel heavy. I make my base at 70 PG and 24mg nic, then add flavors, don't really calculate the final mix. Love tropical fruit flavors, especially mixed with coconut! I use bottom fed mods, so don't have a tank. kind of like dripping from the bottom. lol Wishing y'all the very best!! It's wonderful to see new vendors with a presence here on ECF that communicate with folks and are willing to do what they can. I know the trends are for high VG but some of us just can't do it. Also great to see folks who care so much about quality.

I see what you're saying. I feel that having a 80/20 mix means that those who want high VG are able to stay happy, I can also reach a good bit of the tank market too. Kind of like a happy medium between the two. As for the 24mg of nicotine goes, that's a little higher than I feel comfortable selling. The toxicity of nicotine is up for debate, but 24 is quite high. Not only do I run the risk of someone getting a hold of the bottle and harming themselves, it's also quite expensive to produce. The price of nicotine at that level far exceeds the price of any other material in the mix.

Yes juice is relatively cheap to produce, but I have to worry about taxes, licencing, insurance, storage, employee compensation, building rent, utilities, credit card processing fees, web hosting, advertising fees, the list literally goes on and on. Juice is really just a fraction of the price when you consider all the overhead.

At the end of the day though, all I want is customers to be happy, so a custom mix is not out of the picture, just not something I want to openly advertise.

Oh I totally understand. Please know I wasn't trying to complain, mostly just asking. You came through with flying colors!! I'm thrilled to see new folks getting into the game, particularly with all the regs coming down. I applaud you on many levels!

No I did not take your comment as a complaint at all, I enjoyed the discussion and saw it as a way to explain my business to not only you, but anyone that reads the post.

Oh and the regulations, I hope they allow me to stay in business but I'm completely expecting to have to close shop once all that happens. :(
