This is a review of Rob and Vapor Kings (Not Vapor King, I have not dealt with them).
Rob has been an absolute pleasure to order from! He has always taken the time to answer any questions I have had being a beginner.
Every order up until the last had been flawless. The last order had a mistake and I was shipped the wrong items. This is where the customer service is usually tested and some fail miserably. Not Vapor Kings! I had ordered two eGo MEGA batteries and they shipped two eGo USB pass-thrus instead. Rob answered my email promptly and acknowledged the mistake. He also was willing to work with me on the situation. I decided what he sent me wasn't that bad and decided to keep one pass-thru in place of a MEGA I had originally ordered. No problem for Rob, he is just sending me one MEGA and a return label for the other pass-thru. That is stand up customer service!
If you are looking for a great vendor with excellent customer skills, look no further.
