This is a Looong overdue thread, I have reviewed my Sabers, but never got around to reviewing Vapor Moons Customer service
So now I'm gonna spill the beans
My first Saber Touch was a Saber Touch Mini. When I was going to order it, I looked over the Special edition options and loved the look of the racing stripes. I decided to call up Sir_Lawrence and he explained to me that the mini would not look right as there is not enough room. I then told him I was interested in having them ONLY on the top of the Mini, it hadn't been done, but nonetheless he took on the project!! And I got me a Mini with Racing stripes and it was perfect!!
Fell in love with mini and thought, Hey I need a VV Saber. So I went over to PowderBuyThePound, picked a couple of colors and Emailed Sir_Lawrence the links to them. Now both of my choices were colors that required a base and a top coat. Well, he said he would be happy to take them on (But alas I could only order 1 Saber). Now, I ordered the passthru kit this time, but ordered the bottom cap passthru for the mini. So what did Sir_Lawrence do, He sent me the passthru for the Mini, and ALSO a matching powder Coated Cap for the VV. I was so stoked seeing this, as I was wondering earlier, how I was going to order just the matching powder Coated passthru cap when I got the funds!!
Ok, so with this order I got a UnderLoad meter that was not working properly. So I contacted him and he informed me to call(I always find this easier). Got to talking with him for a spell, and he is a wonderful man in general, not just a Business Man. Now during this call I still could not make this work right, so what did he do, he informed me that he would just drop another in the mail (he even shipped Priority w/Tracking at no cost to me)!! Not even expecting me to send this one in!!!!
Next up, I posted a review of my VV and got a PM from someone in the Phillipines asking if I would sell it since they wanted that exact color and SE options. He explained to me that VaporMoon did not ship to the Phillipines(But we later found out there is a supplier there), so I said well, I'm gonna help a fellow Vaper out!! So Sir_Lawrence saw me post this and he said he could make another. So I called him up and placed an order for a replacement and had an Equally as Beautiful (if not more so) Saber VV in the same color. Now get this, I had it in my hands just a couple of day's after I shipped mine out!!
Now I fell in love with my VV connected to the passthru, but loved the feel of Mini while at home. So again I picked up the phone and explained to him my likes and if they could be incorporated into one Saber. Yes, I was asking for a Saber Mini VV(passthru ONLY), something that he had not done before! So he liked the Idea and said he would take it on. Now on this, I wanted SE Full Turned Lines and this again meant he would have to do what hadn't been done to mini and come up with equally spaced lines!! Again he agreed!! He informed me of a New Rounded Edges Cap(which is my favorite) that He would be releasing and I said "put it on". I ordered up another color from PowderBuyThePound and sent it off to him. He contacted me throughout the build to see how I would like it done, seriously, what mod builder does this? You usually get what they make and that's that!! I received my Saber Touch Mini VV(1 of a Kind) and I am to this day blown away by this Saber!!
So there's my experience with Sir_Lawrence at Vapor Moon. I say he goes above and beyond to make his customers happy! He did not have to do ANY of this, but yet he did to make a customer happy!! I have dealt with MANY companies in this industry as I have been buying mods since Aug 2010(1 month after starting vaping)and none have compared (except for my atty and joose vendors in my sig)or even came close.
So all I have left say is, Thank You Sir_Lawrence, you are a man on a mission and My hat's off to you!! You keep doing what your doing!!
