I have tried KR8 cartos from a few suppliers, and I think the VaporNine cartos are the best match for my use... some like them, some love them, and a few people complain... I'm in the "love" category, but if you use them on a high voltage mod you may have problems... they are high resistance and get hot really fast on 5v, but using them on a KR8 battery they produce great flavor and vapor, and if you keep them moist they're near indestructible.

Are the cool cartos different than the premiums from V4L? I been using their Premiums.

Yes, the main difference is the resistance. The CoolCarts being higher, thus cooler, which makes them like the Turbos. I do not like the V4L Premium cartos at all and someone sent me a CoolCart to try and I liked it. Since I've only used one of each of the Turbos and CoolCarts I can't say if there is any significant difference or not. I liked them both and plan on getting more of both so I can get a better idea on them both.

Edit... Don't hold me to this but I believe the WOW are premium cartos with WOW juice, only the juice being the different part. Someone suggested getting the WOW juice by itself and using it with the CoolCarts. So that's what I've read, no first hand experience with WOW stuff.

Happy Vaping!!

The Wow is a liquid change. I don't know whether the Wow cartos are cool carts or not. I don't use V4L liquids much any more. I've been ordering the blank cool cartos and they are exactly the same as V9 Turbos. I was using V9 Turbos exclusively, but they are out of stock. I'm glad I didn't get in on the last shipment of Turbos as they had glued on hardcaps & I prefer the softcaps. There were some ...... off V9 customers.

The silver are nice. I thought they had the cool carts in black. I could be wrong or they could be out of stock. Some of the Premiums were as long as the turbos Mike. They were the hardcap premiums. The coolcarts are the same length as the turbos and they have the softcaps. V4L has had so many versions of carts, it gets confusing. But, the cool carts are definitely the same as the turbos. There is a 36 hr.sale until June 30th at midnite at V4L. The coupon code is Customer22 for 22% off.

It seems like I am the only one who has not had a good experience with the Coolcarts/Nhaler higher resistance cartos (I haven't tried the Vapor9 turbos as they have been out of stock for a while). Each time I have tried using them with a 3.7v battery, I get almost no flavor or throat hit (although I do get plenty of vapor). When I vape at 5-6 volts (using the Buzz), I get more flavor but with a burned taste. Anyone have any idea why I might be having this issue? The ejuice I use is 80-100% pg. I have tried using various ejuice from DIY and TV with the same results. I really want to like the higher resistance cartos and am hoping someone might have some thoughts on the matter.

Try setting your Buzz to 4.4 volts and see how it is. 5-6 volts may be too high and burning the filler in the carto.

I've had a little of the same experience with my fistpack. I like these cartos at 4.5v & 4.8v. At 5v & 5.2v I sometimes get a little burnt taste. Only about 20% of the time, but it's there.

Fistpack? Is it, by any chance, another variable voltage mod? I'm looking for a smaller version of the Buzz. Say, a Buzzette? 3.7-4.5v, smallish and pretty, please...

Hey Mike...just an aside, I agree the vapornine turbos are really good. I too had a "couple of duds" at first, or so I thought, until I read a thread where someone suggested taking a straight pin or sewing needle and running it into the carto through the battery-side hole and "carefully wiggling it around a little bit" - being cautious not to break the wire. Also take the soft tip off and straighten out the air-hole tube and poke around the filling a little bit. I did this with my "two duds" and they worked perfectly after that. I have also done that a few times since with cartos that initially are weak in vapor production. It has always worked for me.

I agree that the Vapornine turbo's and the V4L cool carts are kissing cousins to the point that I would believe that V4L bought up the factory inventory and left Vapornine with the scrapps, hence the hardcaps and out of stock condition. They definitely are the best performing cartos out there, they taste great with 5v but won't last very long under those conditions. But at 3.7 or a tad bit higher they can't be beat as far as flavor and vapor.

It's a pretty slick little box mod, but not really a box. It has 4 voltage settings and has worked flawlessly so far. You can find it at http://www.fistpacks.com/main.sc. It's pricey, but the research I did lead me to believe it's the most reliable mod out there.
