I ran across them on the section where suppliers post sales and saw that they had a riva available. I don't know why I chose a company that I've never heard of and on top of that a person that has very few posts in this forum.

I ordered a EM Riva and two 10ml of juice.

Anyways, back on topic. I ordered June 28 around 4:30am, 3rd shift, and I get an email around 6am asking me to reply with my name and number. I thought to myself, weird... I sent it to him and asked why did he need the info. Within an hour I recieve an email saying I will receive a call after 9am to confirm my order. I asked if he could call me at 12:20pm since my class ends at 12:15pm. I receive a call at 12:30pm, suprised me, asking me to confirm my order. I did and he said that he would ship it out the next morning and it should arrive later this week. I got an email later that day saying it was shipped out. Checking the tracking number today, June 29, at 4:40 and it says the pacakge has left the station and is on it's way.

So far so good. Just need USPS to do their job.
Update when everything gets here.

Well two days later and it's here in Chattanooga. Now just have to wait to tackle the mailman...

Not really. I still can't get to the site. I looked for reviews and didn't find any. I even went to a couple different forums.

It looks like its a new vendor. I would not worry yet.

If you run into a problem. Which I doubt you will. Call your bank.

Do you have a tracking number yet?

I still don't understand the phone calls, thats just odd.

All I can find out is that he has been a registered supplier since April. He should be ok though ECF is very careful about suppliers.

Don't be concerned.

Luckily I happened to be up very early that morning and I caught your order.

The reason I wanted to call to confirm your order is because you paid with an un-verified PayPal account and when you made the order through our site you only put your first name.

Also on your PayPal account there was a slightly different name to the one you used to order through our site with. So I thought it would be better to just verify the order.

Also to further verify, I searched this forum for your username and saw that this would be your first e-cig, so I managed to get your order shipped within a few hours of our telephone call.

If you have any other questions at all feel free to let me know :)
