Vapor Range: safe/authentic/customer service?

Yeah, the title kinda sums it up. I'm buying a new Petri rta, and they have it the cheapest, which actually always makes me nervous on a bigger purchase. I've never dealt with them, or really heard much about them, so I'm hesitant. And the only contact information listed on the site is a gmail address.

So: are they authentic? Is it safe to order with them? How fast is shipping, it looks like they only do ground?

And I really want to know how their customer service is. I had a mod with a faulty ohm reader a while back, so now I'm paranoid about what's going to happen if something goes wrong.

I bought a mod from them a couple of years ago and it was authentic but I never had any problem with it so never needed customer service.
They're not a fly-by-night outfit anyway if that helps.

I got some tanks from them last year and it worked out fine. No idea about customer service though.

I've ordered mods from them several times. Never had a problem, they ship fast and everything I've got was authentic. Never had a issue so I've never had to contact customer service.

I have ordered from them several times. No issues. Had a problem with an item that was out of stock, they refunded me right away as the rest of my order shipped.

I've also ordered from them several times...without any problems at all. Items were exactly what they were supposed to be...shipping was fast...items were packed carefully so nothing was broken, etc. I always check them when I'm price comparing things, too, because sometimes they're the lowest.

Edited all that text to say that my item is not on pre-order, and is being shipped out today! And they've been super nice and helpful when I had questions and the like. So far I highly recommend.
