I recently purchased Phoenix from VS but when I got it I realized it was not what I thought I was ordering. I placed the order after my previous order of Tampa and a free sample of another "tobacco." The sample is the one that I am trying to reorder, but I don't know what the sample is. Due to the samples not being labeled except for on the box--that I misplaced--I can't verify what this juice is. The juice that I wanted is an almost watery-reddish color. Phoenix, on the other hand, is yellowish. I know that this juice was not Tampa (as I already had a big bottle of Tampa with that order). Can anyone, Eric included, please post a pic or their VS "tobaccos," or suggest what it may be.

p.s. I am afraid that if I describe the taste of the juice, it would read as more than one of VS offerings. I think the actual color of the juice may be more objective. Here is a pic (just a drop or two left) of the "tobacco" I am trying to get.

Here is a pic I have of my former bottle of VS Tampa @ 24 mg:

Tampa.jpg

As you can see, that juice is quite pale and pretty devoid of any real color.

Here is a pic of VS Frisco (Eric so kindly pic/text messaged me):

That juice is more amber/golden color. There is some color, but is is clearly not reddish like the juice I have in the first post.

The juice in the first post (the one with one or two drops left) was that way when I got it, so this is not a case of age or oxidation changing the color. I can safely say that neither of these are the juice I was looking for. I guess that leaves Tennessee, Texas, and possibly (though I don't think it is) VS4. I also know that it is not Seattle as this is not a metholated juice.

I'll do my best to identify the liquid for you tomorrow.

It should go without saying, from now on sample bottles will have a sticker detailing the flavor name as well in future batches.

Thanks for the reply, Eric. You don't have to be helping, but you are; and for that, I thank you. This is customer service!

I sure hope you can figure this out for me.

I can tell you that this is definitely your juice with nothing else in that mix (no frankenjuicing, lol). Dude, it is so crazy that I can't remember how we altered that one order. Either which way, it is good to know that stickers will be going on the future bottles. I remember my very first order from you with the samples -- I opened all the boxes and within minutes I was lost.

Anyhow, once again, I hope we figure this out. Maybe you know this, maybe not, but I am primarily an extracted tobacco vaper. One thing about juices like yours, though, is they work as wonderful palate cleansers. I am not sure what it is, but your juice, specifically the one I am trying to get, manages to take my sometimes-worn out palate and hit F5.

Sorry, Mr. Mann. I haven't been in the office the past 2 days. I've been doing website work to get everything going.

We've just completely rebuilt the website, fixed shipping, and are integrating a Bitcoin Payment plugin. I've also been adding inventory, adjust stock, and getting taxes ready.

I asked someone to take the pictures for me yesterday, but he forgot. He'll be sending them today, I just called to remind him a few minutes ago. Once received, he'll text them to me and I'll text them to you. I apologize for the delay.

On the bright side, the website should load about 50x faster now.

Thanks,
Eric

Thanks for the PM, Eric. For anyone reading this, it has been determined that the reddish juice is in fact Phoenix. As to why the juice is more red in hue than the 10 mg, and even more curious, the fact that it is more red than the 35 mg is beyond me. Either which way, I am happy to know that the 24 mg Phoenix is what I had.

This is the 24 mg Phoenix:View attachment 187253

This is 10 mg and 35 mg Phoenix (35 mg is darker):photo 1.jpg

Maybe this is more of a case for getting your correct nicotine? Not sure, but I will stick with 24 mg!

Peace
