Bought around $250 worth of stuff from them
Kr808D-1 kits with extra batteries and chargers and some prefilled cartomizers

Cartomizers when straight to bin - disgusting , it's like drinking perfume ...
batteries - half work half not :mad:
Chargers - 1 works from four

really cheapo crap, I saw good reviews about them ...I wonder why ...

The supplier is actually Vapor4Life - i had 2 orders arrived same day and I realize now all the hardware products from Heaven Gifts are working fine - but all the products from V4L are crap (they are actually branded Vapor King) - and I mean all - from 4 batteries and 3 chargers , NONE is working.

I've had nothing but good experiences with Wayne. He has a warranty for all his items. All you have to do is email him.

It isn't ever a good idea to order a large quantity of anything that you haven't tried out first. Taste is subjective, though. Many use the prefilled cartridges with out complaint. Wayne does listen when there is a problem with liquids and flavor.

Really, you should email him to see if there is a solution. You'll have to send back what ever you don't want or doesn't work for a refund or replacement. It is worth it.

I would never buy a huge order from a vendor that I'm unfamiliar with. Start off with small purchases at a time to see how you like their products and move on from there. You're probably trying to get a discount and avoid additional shipping charges but sometimes you lose more when you take a chance like this, especially if all your shipment is confiscated by customs, then you lose everything.

I've had nothing less than fantastic service and products from Vapor4Life. I've had great stuff from a number of e-cig suppliers but Vapor4Life has set a standard beyond anyone else I've dealt with. Their PCC and the Lanford Lanyard are just two examples of products which are higher quality than I dreamed I'd getting at the price. And the way they addressed a customs problem in shipping to Canada was beyond anything I expected. I strongly suggest contacting them regarding your problems. Based on my experience I think they'll be more helpful and responsive than any Internet supplier of anything that you've previously dealt with.

Hi Mick,

Another fellow Aussie, with great service from V4L. Sorry to hear of your probs. I've only had one minor issue there, with the wrong batts being sent. They had me keep the originals & reshipped the correct ones.

I understand your frustration, but I assume you have not contacted them yet? it's best to try sorting out any problem via email first before giving a public bad review. V4L really do have excellent customer service. Try their email: customer_service@vapor4life.com

Before i started vaporizing, i did some research and asked around for who's products everyone was using. V4L's name came up more than anyone else around my area.

I will say that I have ordered from then 4 times in as few weeks, and have loved their service and attention to there customers. I have only had one bad piece of hardware, and it was a manual battery with a stuck button. I sent them a e-mail and they shipped its replacement the exact same day, and only asked that I return the defective one which i did (cost me 1.97 to ship to them). I even had a bad cart and on my next order they replaced it and then some.

Like others have said, I started with a small kit order and have now completed my entire vaping collection with them. They have a great customer service staff and a great product. Not to mention they are constantly trying to define their products and make t he best available to there users.

As with any company, customer service defines loyalty and understanding that sometimes things don't always go as planned. Let them know what your issues are, they will take care of you.

when i initially posted, half batteries were working ... i edited the post because after half day all were dead.
I said China, my mistake - they ship from US.
Too much trouble for me to send them back for warranty from AU to US or even to contact them - I prefer to forget about it and just move on.
It' s not about losing money, I have put orders for more than $1500 with different suppliers and will put a lot more - quitting smoking and my health are more important than money !!

I really believe compared with stuff I got till now from VaporNine, Heaven Gifts and Janty that V4L products are really low quality !

Maybe they send all crap overseas and good stuff locally or - maybe I got bad luck - who knows , but they've lost me and my money will go elsewhere ! - also if you check all reviews ..looks like I'm not the only one that got crap from them ..

also I wonder why so many people is trying to defend them .....

Publicly calling out a supplier with whom you aren't willing to communicate to resolve a problem is very, Very bad form.

I smell something fishy here as well. :nah:

selling e-liquid with nicotine is illegal in Australia, you can only buy them from overseas - so if we put orders overseas for liquids we get the hardware from same places, it's easier

fishy ....??? i just put my reviews about the products I received ...anything wrong about it ?
