I'm new to the Forum. As matter of fact this is my first posting. I just wanted to let everyone know that I just had a great experience with Rick Mulder at Vaporalley.com and I have to say that he has unexpected customer service. I couldn't get an order to place on his site, and he personally (late on a Sunday evening), tried to guide me through the process with several personal emails. Although the issue wasn't what we thought it might be,(it was just a glitch in the system) I thought it great that someone would take personal time out to give that 'personal' touch for a first time customer. I am in hopes that I am just as happy with my order! I believe that there will be no issues, as Rick has already proven that he cares about his customer!
