I was a bit skeptical at first of this company because of the simplicity of the site but I soon
found out how good they are.

Before ordering, I questioned them extensively and all of my concerns were put to rest.

I ordered in the late evening, after what most would consider business hours, and within an
hour, I had tracking information in my email.

The customer service is great and service is fast. The prices are very good and shipping rates
are excellent - I like Flat Rates :)

Even with the storm that came through, my expected delivery time (according to tracking) is
only 2.5 days from the time I ordered - I will post more once my order arrives to let you know.

Two :thumbs: Up to a Fellow Marylander and very good seller/supplier.

Here is my Followup as Promised :)

My order arrived from VaporAlley today. It was only slightly delayed due to the storm on the East Coast.
Some Eastern post offices were closed and others were having trouble with mobilization so it took an
extra day to get to me... No Big Deal there.

As I said before... VaporAlley is a great site and store and has great service and very efficient and courteous
customer service.
Richard, the owner, has been very helpful and patient and very fast in service and responses to emails.

I ordered 2 replacement CE4 Heads and 2 Flavors of 24mg e-liquid and it all arrived safely, packaged well and
exactly as stated on the site.
One of the flavors was excellent, while the other had something to be desired. Needless to say, Richard
apologized for the "funky fluid flavor" and offered me to send it back for credit.

Good Job Richard and keep up the good work!
