Recently placed my first order with VaporAlley and when it arrived (which was quite fast, 4 days) one minor item was incorrect (the human factor). Used the contact form on the site at vaporalley.com to nicely inform them of the mistake and ask for a suggestion for correcting it.
I was expecting a store credit at best or to have to return the incorrect item (probably at my expense) as usually happens with online purchases (item value was < $10).
I was extreamly supprised and pleased when the next morning I received an e-mail telling me that a replacement item was being shipped immediately and that they were sorry for the mix up.
Fast response, fantastic service and fast shipping, what more can you ask for.
VaporAlley definitely earned some repeat business from me.
Update: While making my first order they were out of stock on 1 item so I used to option to be notified when they got more in. Notification came and I quickly placed my second order (only took 3 days shipping on that one).
