Soooooo, it's been awhile since I've posted a juice review, but after taking a few hits of the new VaporBomb Lemonade...Yeah, I just have to let everyone know how friggin' good it is!!! I've been sitting in front of the computer for a few trying to unwind a bit before hitting the sack, and since I got my latest VB order in the mail today, I figured, "sure, let's see if this stuff's any good" and threw a few drops onto a 510LR atty to see what it's made of.
Prerequisite Information: I just got this stuff *today*, so that means this juice is only 4 days old, max. Given that a good portion of fresh-made juice needs a solid week to mature before optimum enjoyability, I'm rather impressed at the vibrant flavor and accuracy of this flavor. So far, I've only tried it out on my "test dummy" eGo batt with a 2.0 ohm 510LR atty. That said, I've yet to play around with different hardware configurations with this juice. Regardless, I am VERY impressed. Mixture is 50/50/24mg.
The Scoop: The first thing I noticed is how incredibly accurate this flavor is. One hit...10 hits...Doesn't matter: you *know* this is lemonade. Not "lemon flavor", not "lemon candy", and certainly not "lemon cough drop/perfume/cleaner" - it tastes exactly like lemonade. Slightly sweet, slightly sour, and a lemonade flavor that's very pleasing but NOT overbearing like some of the other lemon-esque flavors I've tried. It feels rather refreshing to vape something that tastes like lemonade without feeling guilty about throwing down a bunch of sugar in the process!! There are a lot of beverage-type juices out there...Some of them are far off the mark, some of them are dead-on, and VB Lemonade is definitely in the latter category.
Flavor: 5/5 - The flavor is plentiful, accurate, and just where it needs to be. I can only imagine how good it will taste after a week's worth of maturation time!
Throat Hit: 4/5 - I was actually shocked in this category: seeing as this is a lemon-based flavor, I was expecting some sort of rediculously-intense TH, however the TH I'm getting isn't nowhere near what I was thinking it would be. The TH of this juice is middle-of-the-road, I think: just enough to please the TH-lovers, but not so much that TH-sensitive individuals would be opposed to enjoying it. I'm giving this one a 4 because I'm rather pleased with the TH, and I think this juice will have a much stronger TH with a bit more voltage/less resistance (i.e. used in 1.7 ohm 801LR on my 3.7V detonator).
Is it worth buying by the 30mL?: Definitely. While I used to grab 30's of whatever, my stringent budget mandates that I only grab big bottles of the stuff I know I'll love nowadays, and I think this is gonna be a nice go-to-vape to rotate into when I'm watermelon'd out. I've a good feeling this one's gonna be nice to mix with other flavors (i.e. Strawberry Lemonade, Grape-ade, etc) so it will make a great DIY staple.
