VaporBreak - Customer service issue : vernhall

    In Oct. 2013 I contacted Vaporbreak about three (3) items I had received that no longer worked. Was advised by return email to return the items to them and that they would then either be repaired or replaced under their 1 year warranty.

    Returned said items to them and requested they advise me of the return shipping cost so I could forward it to them on their receipt of my products. From that point on, despite numerous emails to them, I've heard nothing back except in late December I did get an email from a different party at the company advising they had received my items and asking to be brought up to speed on what was to happen with them. Responded to that email with an explanation (copy of the original correspondence), but have not received any communication since.

    All I'm asking from them is to let me know the cost of the return shipping so I can provide them payment to have my items returned to me per their original agreement! ​
