Vaporesso luxe s

Hello,
I just got yesterday a new vape and I have the following problem:
- it start , I use it 10 20 puffs and then it went off
- is not charging
-dont want to turn on
- battery ar ok I try them In my other mods

Can someone give me an advice please ?

- I will go back to the shop anyway ,but maybe I am doing something wrong

Howdy and welcome

Never owned that particular device but I can speak generally.

Could be some basics.
1) you accidentally turned it off (most common solution is 5 fast clicks)
2) you accidentally put it in stealth mode. In this case it will still work but the screen won’t light up.
3) 1 or 2 combined with an atomizer connection issue
4) any number of possible actual hardware problems. These are really far and away the least likely, but they would require a new device. Check the other stuff first.

It seems that you've got hold of a faulty Luxe. That's not usual for Vaporesso they are known to make great devices so don't be put off exchanging yours for a new one.

@Birsan Victor-mihai, definitely sounds like you should return it for a refund.

As if it's not showing any signs of life when you press the fire button quickly 5 times in a row, it may well have died.

Can we ask what batteries you use, how many watts you vape at and exactly how you charge your batteries for the Luxe S?

Vaporesso mods go into a “hibernation” after a certain amount of time so that no controls are accidentally changed. Oftentimes, you will need to quickly click the Fire button 3 times to”wake it up” from sleep mode.

Sounds like a pain but I really like that safety feature. Hopefully that’s all it is because Vaporesso makes some really nice mods.
