The 510 pin in the NRG tank does move – this is by design. However it is not adjustable. It should make contact to the bottom of the coil assembly. You mentioned you have tried different coils…are they Vaporesso GT brand coils?

Local B&M Vape Shop (Visit)/someone who knows what their doing -----Might be simple.
Vendor who sold it ---see if they will advise (any authorized distributor).
Manufacturer contact ---see if they will repair or replace or advise.

Place the mouse pointer on your name. You will get a drop down and on the left hand side of this drop down you will find "Personal Details". Click Personal Details.
In Personal Details, in middle of screen in gray, you will find "Location" Could fill that box line in.
