I had ordered a 5pack of Boge 3.0 cartomizers, and a 5pack of the Smoktech "Resurrectors". After they came, a few weren't performing that well (2/10 had very, very tight draws to begin with, and one had a closed hole where the middle part of the carto was pushed to the side instead of being in the middle). I sent them an email thinking maybe there was a bad batch going around.

They responded very quickly, saying that there hasn't been any bad batches lately, but they would send me 2 new packs as a one time courtesy.

Sending free products to your customers when you have a no warranty policy is something that I can really respect. I do suspect that maybe some of it was user error as well (not letting the carto soak completely before drawing, dripping wrong, etc) so I really do appreciate them making things right when they weren't even in the wrong.

The other products i've ordered from them (eGo Twist, Smoktech DCC, charger, etc) have worked flawlessly and I will definitely be a customer for life after this experience.
