Vaporheads Vision Spinner DOA?

Just got one in today from vaporheads and I think its DOA.

Do these things come charged? its not turning on at all despite trying 5 clicks... screwed it into my Kgo charger and either the light stays green on the charger with the spinner light on, or it turns red with the spinner light off depending on how much I have it screwed in. Not sure what to do. This charger works with my kgos and other egos I've tried so I dont think its the charger.

Sent an email. Havent heard back yet. They dont have a phone number or anything unfortunately. I was just wondering if there was anything else I can try but I guess not. Funny thing is considering how its the 1300mah version, and how large it is... its lighter than my Kgo's and egos... almost like there isnt even a battery inside.

Yeah I'm sure. Just really bummed. Been waiting all day for the mail excited to try it out and it doesn't work. Oh well, what are ya gonna do. This stuff happens from time to time.

I'm not sure I understand your 'red' description, but most batts need charged before use. They seem to come with a partial charge also.
Have you tried pulling the batts post? I would also unplug the charger and clean the connection to remove any gunk.
Rubbing alcohol and a old tooth brush seem to do the trick for me.

Ive done all that and it still isn't working. Tried charging the battery with 2 different ego chargers and it still isn't working.

I screw it on the charger and the spinner button light comes on, but the charging indicator light is green like its fully charged. The battery itself just doesnt come on with 5 clicks. I feel the button making contact and hear it click so I dont know if the board is dead or theres a loose connection inside or something.

Guess I just have to wait for the owner to respond to my email. Thanks for the help though

Yeah I sent it back today and will be getting a replacement whenever he gets it, thanks for your help
