VaporKings.com is absolutely outstanding! I placed my first order with them at the end of November. I placed it on a Sunday night and it was shipped out the next day (I have made more orders and they have been sent out the same day if it was possible). My first order had an issue, BUT IT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH VAPORKINGS.COM. USPS expected a delivery to arrive by the 7th and I got concerned 2 days later when it did not arrive. The USPS tracking information did not update for days, only saying the package was processed. I called the USPS and they said I had to contact the sender (this made no sense to me because VaporKings.com did exactly what they were supposed to and it was now out of their hands in my mind).
I emailed VKs 5 minutes before they closed, explaining what was going on. They replied immediately and did not hesitate to help, even though it was out of their hands. They reassured me by telling me that they insured the package (which they absolutely did), even though it clearly says on their site that they do not insure unless they are contacted by the buyer before the order is placed. They offered to immediately replace the order, but gave the option to wait a day or two to see if the package arrived. I chose to wait it out because they'd been so on point. The package arrived a few days later: everything was perfect and the packing job was incredible. I know VaporKings.com was on top of the situation the entire time because the second that the USPS tracking info updated they emailed me.
It's really the little things that make a HUGE difference. As I mentioned earlier I have placed several more orders and everything has been PERFECT on their end. I get sent all the tracking info (the same day) and know I have nothing to worry about because they are the real deal with beyond-incredible customer service!
