Recently switched to a new battery type and placed a different order, but also ordered a charger for my old battery type.
A service rep tried to phone me and sent me an e-mail advising that based on prior order history, and the mixed thread order I just placed, that my hardware might not be compatible, and if he could not reach me and there was a mistake could return whatever and change models no charge.
Wow!
Talk about service! I have always liked this guys but this was way above and beyond. So impressed.
If you have a need, give them some business.
